Xenia mixes in-town homes with rural properties and farmland — which means the jobs here range from a single backyard stump to a fence line that hasn't been touched in a decade. Both are fine. Both are welcome.
Downtown Xenia has smaller city lots with mature trees and alley access. Out past the bike trail toward Jamestown or Cedarville, you're looking at bigger country lots, longer fence lines, and rural property with real brush to clear. We do both sides of that equation.
Long gravel drives, soft field edges, low-hanging power lines — rural access is its own thing, and we plan for it. If you're out past the city, include photos of the drive and the work area and we'll confirm the approach before the quote.
